In that time, we've assembled a core team of experts in planning, design and build solutions focused on creativity, expert analysis, and complete project administration services from planning to final close-out.

We’re developing new methods and partnering with solution providers so we can continue to offer unprecedented expertise in pre-engineered steel systems, LEED certified programs, and on-line management solutions.
MEET THE MANAGEMENT TEAM
Patrick Lee has accumulated over 40 years of progressive experience in all phases of construction, project development, and real estate development. He began his career with hands on involvement in the trades and has advanced to managing projects from inception through completion by integrating the work of lenders, architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors to realize the goals of his clients.
To greater assist his clients, Patrick has developed expertise in all aspects of real estate development including financial modeling, land assemblage, negotiation of acquisition agreements, due diligence, management of extensive environmental investigations, securing of entitlements, and built facility management. He has worked closely with local, state, and federal governmental units including the State of Indiana, IDEM, INDOT, the Army Corp of Engineers, EPA, FAA, and HUD. Patrick has arranged and managed all types of real estate financing including Tax Increment Financing, New Markets Tax Credits, and Structured Municipal Bond Financing.
Lee Companies has managed both private projects and public works capital improvements including the management of extensive public bidding and construction. Lee Companies is a member of the US Green Building Council and Patrick has achieved the designation of LEED Accredited Professional in Building Design and Construction.
Rachel Field is our Project Manager responsible for all aspects of project delivery including development, client communication, contract administration, onsite coordination, and project accounting. Rachel earned her Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Miami in 2007 and a Master’s of Architectural Engineering with a focus in Construction Management from Illinois Institute of Technology in 2011. She is USACE QCM Certified, OSHA 10 Certified, and is a LEED Accredited Professional in Building Construction and Design.
Doug Wilhite is a senior statesman in the pre-engineered building industry with over forty years of design and construction experience. Doug is proficient in pre-engineered design software and has consistently delivered efficient and economical solutions for commercial, industrial, and institutional clients. In addition to prize winning designs, Doug is a sought after problem solver for the unexpected challenges encountered in the expansion and remodeling of existing structures including the re-use of existing heavy equipment.
Howard Ferrari, our Assistant Project Manager responsible for onsite coordination and quality control, earned his Bachelor of Civil Engineering with specialization in Construction Management from the Illinois Institute of Technology in 2013. His education, hands on field experience, and real world on the job acquired management and Information Technology skills result in seamless delivery of high level service to all our clients.
Cynthia Frailey is responsible for day-to-day operations. As the lead administrative professional at Lee Companies, she provides executive-level support and assists in the facilitation and execution of administrative duties throughout LC. Her responsibilities encompass many aspects of our business, including AP/AR, financial management, and customer service. Cynthia has 35 years of property management experience and oversees all real estate entities operated by LC. Her incredible organizational skills keep our team running smoothly.
Steve Spicer started with Lee Companies in 1976 and retired in 2013. Originally a skilled trim carpenter and cabinet maker, Steve was our Operations Manager responsible for all aspects of field operations, information technology, and delivery of our services. Steve’s decades of hands on field experience combined with his acquired management and Information Technology skills resulted in seamless project delivery and helped establish our reputation for high quality construction.
